No. Duty drawback is a separate U.S. Customs and Border Protection program with its own oversight, run independently from your import compliance record. Filing a claim doesn't affect your other entries or your audit exposure. Flexport's team, including licensed customs brokers who helped author the Modernized Drawback Regulations, files every claim to be accurate and defensible from the start.
