# Frequently Asked Questions about Delivering FCL to Amazon

An FCL (full container load) direct delivery to Amazon is only possible if:  

1. You are importing goods via [ocean FCL. ](https://www.flexport.com/help/181-should-i-ship-by-lcl-or-fcl/)

2. You were assigned one fulfillment center in Amazon Seller Central when you [created a shipment plan](https://www.flexport.com/help/326-amazon-delivery-creating-a-shipment-plan-in-amazon-seller-central/). 

***Note:*** *If you imported goods via ocean FCL but Amazon assigned you* ***more than one fulfillment center****__, you will be using either* [Amazon LTL](https://www.flexport.com/help/329-amazon-delivery-setting-up-amazon-ltl-in-amazon-seller-central) *or* [Flexport LTL](https://www.flexport.com/help/330-amazon-delivery-setting-up-flexport-ltl/)_. _

3. You have your supplier [label your shipment](https://www.flexport.com/help/79-what-are-the-labeling-requirements-for-amazon-shipments/) at origin.  

***Note:*** *If the shipment is not labeled at origin, it will have to be* [transloaded](https://www.flexport.com/help/231-what-is-transloading/) *and direct delivery to Amazon will not be possible.*
